Parents help their babies survive

What do a penguin, elephant, and kangaroo have in common? They are excellent parents! In this video, students learn all about how animals help their offspring survive. All babies rely on their parents for food, shelter, and care, but each animal needs something a little different. Birds protect their eggs by building nests high up in trees, and koalas take care of their babies in their special pouch. Just like us, animals need their parents to teach them how to stay safe and grow up.
